Known affectionately as the 'Biscuit Bus', Rob has built a strong rapport with his regular riders.  Not only does he know their names, but he also remembers their favourite treats.  Rob's generous habit of offering passengers a sweet surprise during their journey has made him a beloved figure in the community.
